Summer is by far my favourite season to dress for; I find the warmth makes it so much easier to be minimal and chic (my go-to formula is a nice dress and sandals—it has never failed me).
My vacation this year took me to Singapore (fun fact: I lived there from age 11 to 18) and Thailand. The humidity in Asia, especially Singapore, is unmatched, so I opted for pieces that were light and breathable (lots of linen, light cotton, etc.). In addition to Asia, I travelled to Melbourne for a few days for the Australian Open, which was incredible!!Â
I packed very well for these trips (I wore everything in my suitcase - unheard of!) and thought I would give you a little snapshot of the rotation. Here is the round-up…
I wore this Faithfull the Label dress to the AO women’s semi-finals in Melbourne (a fantastic match between Coco Gauff and Paula Bandosa). And honestly, it’s been one of my favourites this Summer.
Dress: Faithful the Label, Shoes: Cayumas, Bag: APC, Hat: Ralph Lauren
I have been LIVING in this dress. It’s comfortable enough to lounge around in but chic enough to dress up for dinner… these sandals have also become a sick obsession of mine. Henry bought them (upon instruction) for me for Christmas and I wasn’t sure how they would look in person (they looked fantastic on the model) but they really exceeded all expectations.
Dress: Maggie Marilyn, Shoes: Maria Farro Footwear, Bag: St Agni - I can’t find the exact one, but the one linked is similar.
I was on the hunt for a NYE dress when I stumbled across this gem at For Artists Only. I’m not a massive fan of asymmetric hemlines usually, but I love the way this drapes across the body.
Dress: By Marlene Birger, Glasses: Miu Miu
I’ve written about my love of Massimo Dutti in previous newsletters, and this dress is further proof of why. I bought it for $100 on their sale rack. So chic… My Miu Miu sunglasses also pair perfectly with it.

My sister and I went shopping for bikinis before our trip and we got so lucky at Zimmermann. I know Zimmermann can be really inaccessible price-wise but I do consistently come back to them for amazing swimwear.
In the left photo I am wearing this bikini. In the right photo I am wearing this bikini.
My love for Matteau knows no bounds. Their maxi-dresses are PERFECT in every sense of the word. I bought this red dress two years ago and constantly reach for it.
Dress: Matteau - the have discontinued the specific colourway I am wearing but this is the same cut, Bag: Collector Store Paddington - not the same as the one I am wearing but very similar
The second Matteau dress that got me through my travels is this black, shirred number… Fast becoming my most worn item of clothing.
Dress: Matteau, I fear the maxi version has sold out, but this links to the mini version.
Okay, this wasn’t really a groundbreaking look, but I am posting it for the sweater! I got this cute little white button-up for $50 at Uniqlo and was so chuffed with my purchase. It is the perfect summer cardigan.
Sweater: Uniqlo
One thing about me is I love a set.
For a more elevated look, I always come back to this white set from SIR (in the left photo). I bought it two years ago and find it to be a really good day-to-night look. I also love wearing the pieces on their own (perfect when travelling).
SIR set: Top - they have discontinued the version I am wearing but this is a different variation of it, Shorts
I walked into my family's house last year wearing a pink Terry set, and everyone swooned over it. I am not exaggerating. My mum literally bought two sets (in light pink and green) for herself and then another one for my aunty and sister. We all live in them.
Right photo: Araminta James set - they don’t do them in hot pink anymore, but this is a similar and equally cute colourway.
Okay and that is all for today folks. Please let me know if you would like to know where anything else is from or if you there is anything style-related or not that you would like me to cover! Love ya’s!
Love it Luch!
